Mark Dissin, President

Prior to forming Pre-Sliced Productions, Mark held the job of Vice President of Production at the Food Network. In this role, he supervised most in-house productions, including Secrets of a Restaurant Chef, Cook Like an Iron Chef, Ten Dollar Dinners, Giada at Home, Guy’s Big Bite, Aarti Party, Cooking for Real, Tyler’s Ultimate, 30-Minute Meals, Symon’s Suppers, Drop 5 Lbs. with Good Housekeeping, and Week in a Day with Rachael Ray.

During his 13 years with the Food Network and Cooking Channel, Mark produced and directed more than 5,000 episodes of cooking television, totaling over 3,000 hours of programming. In 2006, 2008 and 2009, Mark received Emmy Awards as Co-Executive Producer of 30-Minute Meals, Everyday Italian, and Giada at Home. Before joining Food Network, Mark attended the French Culinary Institute after which he worked as a line cook in two NYC restaurants, Follonico and Eleven Madison Park. Prior to embarking on a career combining food and television, Mark worked as a producer and director at Comedy Central and HBO.
